The Kaitūruki works alongside our member National Māori Sport Organisations to strengthen their capacity and capability. As a pou of support, the role advocates for members, connects them with key stakeholders, and helps them plan and establish the systems and strategies they need to build strong foundations for long-term sustainability.

Contractor - Kaiwhakarite/Hekerite o te Poari 2023 to date

The Kaiwhakarite is a part time contracted role that provides secretariat services to the board, inputs day to day financials into the system, manages the communications received by the public and other administrative tasks as requested by the Poari and Kaituruki.
